Purpose and context of the role:

  • You will be part of a dynamic team of 4 colleagues within the commercial department.
  • You will work closely with the support services and partners within the company.
  • You have a good understanding of the commercial strategy and mission of the company.

Job description:

  • You will analyse sales, forecasts and projects in order to help distributors/clients to achieve their objectives.
  • You will establish price offers, contracts, etc.
  • You encode orders and review contracts (SAP).
  • You manage customer requests and complaints.
  • You feed the Customer Relation Management (CRM) system with commercial data.


What are the assets that make it easier for you to master the function?

  • You have a commercial degree or equivalent.
  • You have previous experience in sales administration (preferably export).
  • You have a good command of English (commercial) and French.
  • You have a good knowledge of SAP or ERP, pack office.
  • You are at ease both orally and in writing in a commercial context.
  • You are dynamic, pro-active and you are organised to obtain the expected results.
  • You are able to withstand the pressure of a multi-tasking and multi-interlocutor role.
